It appears that Obamacare is to be required for most citizens EXCEPT Congress, the President, VP, government workers such as the IRS, certain unions, and anyone else Obama decides to exclude. If Obamacare is such a great idea, then it should apply to ALL citizens exclusively with no exceptions.
If it can not be applied to all, then it should be rescinded completely.
