Rescind the pay raises for members of congress as put forth by recent Presidential executive order dated Dec 27, 2012.

Recent the Presidential executive order dated Dec 27, 2012, granting members of congress a pay raise. Due to the poor performance of this congress, and failure to handle the Dept Crisis, Fiscal Cliff and Dept Ceiling, Congress does not deserve this rise while the citizens are at risk of higher tax rates and lower benefits. Congress waited until the last possible minute to handle budget problems that it knew about and sat on for months.
