Cease all Federal Pay Increases until the House of Represenitives and Congress resolve all issues involving our ecomony and domestic affairs. This should include Unemployment Rates, Fiscal Cliff, Social Security, Farm Bill, United States Post Office, Health Care. Social Services (Mental Health), Trade Deficit and a Balanced Budget.
For to long our elected officials have garnered outrageous salaries without the say of the people. It is obvious we the people are not receiving our monies worth.
Only exception should be for our Military members.
