The 2008 Home-buyers Credit is the only year in which the home buyer is expected to repay the credit. All subsequent years the tax credit is free and clear. Help the distressed homebuyers of 2008 by rescinding the repayment of the credit, since it causes an undue tax burden on the lower and middle class it was intended to help.
