To Rescind US v. McCutcheon and propose a 28th Amendment rejecting the concept of "Corporate Personhood"

Created by T.B. on April 20, 2014

May 25 to September 17, 2015 - We, the People of the United States of America call for a Special Constitutional Convention during which we propose to rescind the SCOTUS McCutcheon decision and the declaration of Corporate Persons by act of a 28th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States erecting a wall of Separation between BUSINESS and State. A "person" consist of a single living individual, a fact of both law and biology, and shall not be changed, modified or considered en masse by any act of Congress.

It has become apparent to the citizens of the United States that corporate interests have replaced the Will of the People as the bedrock upon which U.S. law is founded. Corporate interests should be divorced from the legislative process in favor of the interests of all Americans
