We need to show the world that we stand up for American citizens. Reporter, Simon Ostrovsky, was taken captive by pro-Russian militias in Slovyansk, Eastern Ukraine for asking uncomfortable questions of pro-Russian forces.
In the classic "Russian way" journalists are a big nuisance, and are targets when their reporting is not in favor of Vladimir Putin. Simon's life is in danger, as pro-Russian forces have already tortured and killed some of their captives.
We petition Obama administration to deploy special forces unit and to rescue Simon Ostrovsky.
