We the people of the United States of America demand that you do as you swore to do and protect our Constitution and the Amendments therein, to protect our right to bear arms for the security of our free nation, but consider better securities against illegal obtainment of firearms by criminals or mentally impaired. We demand that you protect the defense of the innocent law abiding citizens and find more preventative means of keeping firearms out of the hands of the criminals rather than disarming the law abiding citizens and preventing the people from protecting ourselves against the common criminal and a tyrannical government alike.
