The hologram traffic lights (with teleportation system) can prevent many if not all further accidents involving traffic lights. The hologram would be larger, thus making drivers recognize it more easily and stop in time. But if a car or someone decides to speed through the red light or forget to stop, the teleportation system would activate and teleport who or whatever tried to go through when it's red.
