Research a process whereby American Citizens can recall an entire branch of Congress due to " Lack Of Faith"

We the American People deserve the right to recall an entire Branch of congress and disqualify the members recalled from being reelected to holding elected positions for life in any branch of the United States Government.
The American Government no longer is a Government that supports and represents the People of the United States But instead represents special interests that do not support the well being of the People. It has become ineffectual and burdened with infighting that hampers its ability to function as the coherent system our Founding Fathers envisioned.
When this happens we as Americans deserve the ability to rectify this by petition and then to have a National Vote Of " Lack Of Faith" in the branch being recalled and then to hold special elections filling the seats.
