One of the many reasons why our schools are behind is because students find math and science hard to learn - thus the classes are boring and the students fail. Teachers - not Administrators, Politicians, etc. - should be able to invent creative ways to educate students in math and science for better results from students. Good teachers know what helps students learn, and they should be encouraged when there is an overall improvement in their classes.
By doing this, students become better educated; learn more advanced studies of math and science; graduate with higher honors; find better jobs; become more innovative in key fields of study; create jobs; more taxes are paid; and innovation from these students will one day pave the road to outer space and beyond.
