The grand jury choosing not to indict Darren Wilson, the officer who killed Mike Brown, or Daniel Pantaleo, the officer who killed Eric Garner, was disturbing enough. But with President Barack H. Obama's recent talks about police cameras, one is left wondering what would have to be filmed on camera in order for a grand jury to hold an officer accountable for his actions.
