Every politician serving the people of the United States shall be paid equal to and not more than a Private serving in the United States military. Any changes to payscale must be placed on a general ballot for all Americans to approve by vote. Each senator and representative may serve 2 terms. All representatives shall be subject to Social Security and Medicare with no taxpayer funded retirement or health plans. No laws shall be passed or signed that shall not apply equally to representatives as well as all Americans.
