We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

The Reset Vote

Created by P.J. on May 04, 2016

Every year, a vote would be held to send a person on a trip around the world. They could not step on US soil or make any business communications home. They would be stripped of political office, criminal convictions, and personal debt. On their return they would be immune to being banished again for 3 years, and barred from any political office for 10 years.

The first trip is paid for by the US gov. The second trip is permanent, paid for by the person going on vacation. Nominations are open throughout the year, and every December, the top 100 are put to the vote over a month, where one verified SS# is one vote. The winner must go if they are over 10%, and the top 5 go to next year's ballot. The vote result is public record. The .gov voting website is financed by selling premium ad space.
