Resign.

We the People petition President Barack Obama to resign his position as President of the United States of America for failure to uphold his Oath of Office to "faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
President Obama has neglected his duties as President and, at times, has deliberately failed to protect the Constitution of the United States. He has used government agencies to oppress citizens and political organizations. He has failed to call for and execute policies that lead to the economic recovery of America. He has, on numerous occasions, misled the American people on economic progress and government failures.
