US vs WKA ruling...
Justice Gray erred in citing English Common Law concerning "aliens in amity" ... The English did not make English subjects out of every child born in English territory (Neither can US courts make citizens of the aliens, etc. of same. ). The Father if he was an alien or foreigner first had to receive letters of patent issued by the king so that he and , his wife and any children born after he was made a denizen...Were made denizens(Naturalized. ). Any children born in English territory before father and mother were made denizens were not made subjects by simply being born in English territory. The rest of the US vs WKA ruling contains other factual errors. So any child born in country having foreign and/or alien parent or parents is not a natural-born citizen at all.
