- Launching an illegal war in Libya (Violating Article I, Section 8)
- Violating religious freedom and the 1st Amendment by forcing faith-based institutions to violate their beliefs and provide insurance covering abortion, contraceptives.
- Making illegal recess appointments (Article II, Section 2 permits recessed appointments only when the senate is actually in recess)
- Refusing to enforce laws that he doesn’t like,(Article II, Section 3)
- Violating Equal Protection and Voting Rights (Amendments 14 and 15 violated in the Philly Black Panther Voter intimidation Case)
