We the petitioners wish for President Obama to resign from office based on the Executive Order for Martial Law to be changed for him wanting the wave the 22nd Amendment and cancel the elections and have a third term in office effective March 2016. The next reason is he does not want to pay Medicare bills for the seniors, the disabled, the obese, and the veterans.
