Due to the president's refusal to secure our Texas border and adhere to his oath to defend the constitution, the Republic of Texas must secede to establish policies that better coincide for the greater good of Texans. The welfare/entitlement policies and influx of illegals creates financial burdens on local Texas governments and tax payers. The immigration policies of Obama do not represent the wishes or beliefs of Texans. In this urgent matter, we don't need someone in charge who refuses to go down to the border and see for himself the problem he created, we need leaders who step up and realize what is going on.
