The dictionary defines infringe as "actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.) or act so as to limit or undermine. President Obama is actively attempting to limit the 2nd Amendment which states "...the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
President Obama is violating his oath of office which states "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
We, the People of the United States, are asking that President Obama resign his office for a direct and intentional violation of the United States Constitution.
