We the People of these united States, believing that Barack Obama has violated the trust of the people by:
1: Not sending help to our people in Benghazi, then lying about it afterwards. Sending help to our people would have been a clear admission that Al Qaeda was not defeated. Because a key element of Obama's reelection campaign was Al Qaeda's defeat after Bin Laden's death, admitting they were not defeated might have hurt Obama's reelection chances.
2: Using the IRS and Homeland Security to target political opponents. This abuse of power is the hallmark of tyrants.
3: Obama's Justice Department seized phone records from the Associated Press. This attempt to control/punish a free press is unforgivable.
We call on Barack Obama to resign from office immediately.
