Whereas President Obama has prepared Executive Orders to disarm honest and peaceable American Citizens in violation of the second amendment the US Constitution and has refused to honor his oath of office to defend the constitution of the United States, President Obama should immediately resign from Office.
Whereas disarming a peaceable person is an act of war, President Obama is preparing to declare war on the American People. This a clear violation of his oath of office to defend the constitution.
Whereas President Obama is preparing to dishonor his duty by using Exectuive Orders to circumvent the will of the people and the constitution.
Be it resolved that the President has a duty to resign or Congress must perform their duty to impeach and remove the violator from office.
