Resign as President of the United States as a result of 76% of the public believing you cannot effectively govern.

76% of all people polled recently stated that President Obama can not effectively govern the country. We are tired of the numerous abuses of power, scandals, corruption, and foreign policy failures (IRS targeting, 2 Fast, Benghazi, VA, southern boarder, Tim Geithner, Syria's red line, Crimea takeover by Russia, Obama Care and the Cornhusker Kickback, Gitmo Five release, $16+ trillion in debt, the International Apology Tour, Solyndra, Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, targeting of James Rosen, etc., etc., etc.). The list could go on and on. It took Obama less than ONE day to break a campaign promise to not have ANY lobbyists in his administration. This is a failed administration and the American public has lost confidence in your ability to lead our country. It is time to resign NOW.
