In light of recent events, such as, but not limited to, the breach of the First Amendment by the DOJ to illegally obtain phone records of the Press, Benghazi, the illegal targeting of "Patriot" and "Tea Party" groups by the IRS, We the People respectfully and firmly urge Congress to not only begin the impeachment process, but also to bring charges against Barack Obama. Furthermore, any subordinate, such as Eric Holder, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and Condoleezza Rice, who advanced and/or ignored any and all illegal and unconstitutional activities will cease to be shielded by the Administration and also be tried for crimes against the American People.
