This petition calls for Mr. Obama to resign for failing to uphold his oaths of office, and obeying the tenets of the US Constitution.
Since he has repeatedly refused to provide a genuine, legal birth certificate to affirm his eligibility to hold the office of President of the United States, he has shown then, that he does not qualify to hold such office regardless of election results.
