We ask that the Department of State be directed to notify individual States that matters concerning Diplomatic Issues, Foreign Relations and International Disputes are the sole domain of the United States Government, not individual States and Municipalities, and that this fact be take into account when addressing proposed laws and ordinances designed to achieve these goals in the improper forum.
