Military veterans are committing suicide every eighty minutes while the Veteran's Administration is creating unconscionable wait times for vets in need to gain access to the mental health experts that can save their lives. This can be solved by (a) increased funding for mental health professionals and (b) reorganization at the VA designed to allow for immediate response to veterans in need. This can be done quickly and be done before the November election. Both supporters and opponents of President Obama's agenda consider this a national imperative and one that should rightfully be considered in making their choices in November. Let's get this problem fixed now.
