Being that the current Congress is unable to resolve the "Fiscal Cliff Crisis," and being that this is not the first time we have been in this impasse, we ask that the President resolve this issue by Executive Order. The current inaction in both the House of Representatives and Senate coupled with the House of Representative's abandonment of their post during 12/24/2012 illustrate that Congress is neither willing nor able to resolve this crisis. We ask that after many stalled, failed, and false starts regarding this crisis that the President quickly write an Executive Order solving the fiscal cliff. Taxing those earning above $250,000 should be enacted immediately, among other options.
