As a first generation American my family came here legally from Mexico for a better life. That better life is threatened today by the outrageously broken immigration system. The southern border is porous and any and all cross it including dangerous criminals. I live in Placer County where 2 officers were killed by an illegal immigrant. The broken system is putting the life of my children at risk. Our future as Americans is in danger if the immigration system is not heavily reformed to secure our southern border.
