respect the bill of rights by returning all powers not granted to the federal government to the states.

Created by K.L. on December 16, 2011

The tenth amendment states that, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Why has the federal government been allowed to overstep its bounds? Our founding fathers included the tenth amendment in the bill of rights as a safeguard from an overly powerful government. It is time to take back our freedom and DEMAND that this founding principal of our nation be respected.
