Respect a citizen's right to use a cell phone while driving.

Created by A.C. on February 11, 2015

Many people don't know just how far out of bounds the federal government is. Our founding fathers, who saw what an all powerful government would inevitably do, specifically orchestrated the Constitution to delegate most of the power to the PEOPLE not the federal government. However, the federal government has blatantly disregarded the Constitution when it suits them, and then hid behind it when they need an easy way out of a situation.

It is currently being debated whether or not the usage of cell phones should be banned while driving. I understand the reason for this debate, but I don't believe they should be banned. What if you need to know some very crucial information? If the federal government were to gain the power to dictate what we can and can not do in OUR OWN cars, what's next
