The laws created in our society are to be done through the People's own representation, and no law shall be written that would infringe upon any one individual's Constitutional Rights. The sole purpose of a law is to PRESERVE each and every American's individual rights and liberty. This includes OUR 2nd Amendment right. Mr.President you swore and oath on TWO Bibles of great men, each cherishing our divinely inspired Constitution. For you to mislead us into forfeiting our rights is deplorable and violates the oath of office. A disgrace to the very Bibles these two great men so reverently held and honored. Encourage instead, for the States to impose mandatory sentencing of ten years for possessing a gun, loaded or not, while executing a crime. Honor the oath to God you gave We the People
