We the people formally request that the Obama administration support the right of the people to hunt space creatures, in accordance with federal big game hunting and fishing standards, piloting nuclear-armed vessels through the entirety of space and time, while of course, observing the rights and legislature of any prehistoric and future civilizations that we might encounter during the course of our hyper-dimensional venatics.
In 1986, the IWC (International Whaling Commission) issued a moratorium against the hunt or capture of all members of the cetacean order, including not only the whale but all mammalian sea ceatures. However, the "space whale" does not decend from this or any other order of 3rd dimensional earth species, and is thus outside the jurisdiction of the IWC.
