The Federal government has no right to undermine the rights of the States' to enforce, pass and regulate laws that the people of the States' have voted into State Law whether it be Marijuana Legalization, Right to Carry, Open Carry or chose not to enforce stupid ass Federal Laws such as Assualt Weapons Bans, Affirmitive Action etc.. It's either that or this "Perfect Union" of ours needs to dissolve and States form their soveriegn goverments.
