The 10th Amendment of the US Constitution states that "the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Yet today Federal organizations and regulations are forced upon all states. The FCC, TSA, FDA, and etc. are all agencies created by the Federal Government, and forced upon all states. Same as same-sex marriage, and marijuana prohibitions.
The Federal Government needs to start respecting the 10th Amendment, and allow states to dictate regulations not granted to the Feds by our Constitution.
