"A Well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a Free state, the Right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Reads the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.
The 10th amendment to the US Bill of Rights reads the following "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
States have a right for a few things; uphold the Constitution, protect its citizens and ensure security throughout.
The Second Amendment is sacred and shall not be infringed.
Today we urge the Obama administration to uphold the Constitution and states rights, and acknowledge the States have rights to nullify all and any gun laws and enact their own laws.
