Respect the viewing audience by being prompt when usurping prime time TV and not having millions of viewers standing by

We the American people would like our president to be on time for scheduled television appearances, particularly when prime time TV is interrupted. It is common courtesy to be prompt when attending meetings and presentations when others have taken special steps to also be on time.
