respect the War Powers Act and other divisions of governmental power as laid out in the United States Constitution.

This petition requests that this administration immediately stop its tyrannical abuses of executive power. Among these abuses are the disregard of the War Powers Act shown in the military action taken on Libya beginning in March 2011 and extending beyond the 90 days granted by said act; the institution of law through bureaucratic, unelected agents such as the Environmental Protection Agency which, through reinterpretation and not regulation, has expanded federal control over business; and the refusal to transparently disclose information concerning the consulate attacks in Libya, the Iranian attack on an American aircraft prior to the presidential election, and information regarding the mishandling of the Fast and Furious operation in an attempt to underhandedly deceive the American people
