In signing this petition, I respectfully demand President Obama NOT sign the TPP Trade Agreement.
Just as NAFTA was the death knell for American manufacturing and American jobs, leaving many American families in dire straights, the TPP Trade Agreement will do even more damage to We, The People.
Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz warned that the TPP presented “grave risks” and it “serves the interests of the wealthiest.”
US Senator Bernie Sanders has stated that trade agreements like the TPP “have ended up devastating working families and enriching large corporations.”
Please, Mr. President, do what is right for the American people, not the corporations who continue to bleed us on a daily basis!
