It literally costs the GM less than $75 to transform a non Flex Fuel Vehicle to a Flex Fuel vehicle (they simply change fuel mapping software) capable of running pure Gasoline or any mixture of gasoline and ethanol... from E0 to E15, E30 , E50 or E85.
That $75 allows ALL Americans to Choose at the Pump ..to VOTE at the Pump what fuel they want to put in their vehicle ..
