Right now, many sexual rape cases can't be prosecuted because time limits are reached. This bill would change that, making all sexual crimes as important as murder with no time limit to find and prosecute the criminal. This would help create more jobs as there are huge backlog of cases to be re-opened and worked.
No time limits on Rape Cases, extend this to cover all back cases as well as new cases. Make all punishment more severe than it is now.
