We encourage the Obama Administration to respond to China's long history of state-sponsored hacking - of which the attack on insurance provider Anthem is the latest high-profile incident - with military force.
Diplomatic efforts have been unsuccessful in stopping China from conducting attacks on US companies. It is time to send a clear message to the Chinese government that continuing digital attacks on companies in the United States will result in the loss of Chinese lives.
