Respond in fact and honesty why it refuses to address the issue of Medical Marijuana legalization.

I would like the Obama Admin. to address why they wont address the issues of Medical Marijuana. With the Ca. State Medical Assc. getting on board with legalization, someone in the clouds should see that there is at least a medical use for the plant (not to mention everything else the plant can do). The change we wanted from Obama wasnt changing his mind on the sick people.

This is not a petition for the white house to talk about legalizing marijuana or regulating marijuana of any sort. This is solely meant to get the president to address why he wont address those issues.
