Respond to John Boehner's frivolous executive authority lawsuit with a vexatious litigation counterclaim.

Republicans claim to be anti-frivolous lawsuit but John Boehner has threatened a bill that would create vexatious litigation by suing the President Obama. Boehner is alleging that The President has abused executive action in his efforts to meet his obligations in light of Boehner's dysfunctional do-nothing Congress; this despite the fact that the President has issued fewer executive orders than any president since Grover Cleveland's term ended in 1897. This lawsuit is clearly intended to harass while Boehner, the RNC and others exploit the "cause" to raise funds. Boehner is guilty of dereliction of duty and should be exposed for failing to serve and not faithfully discharging his duties under the congressional oath.
