Respond to Kim Davis as a government employee who is breaking her oath of office, and violating the Constitution.

Created by A.C. on September 30, 2015

Kim Davis is a government employee. As part of her employment, she freely took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. In refusing to give marriage licenses to gay couples, she is in violation of the first amendment of the Constitution and the 14th amendment of the Constitution.

Furthermore, she is claiming to act on her religious beliefs, which preaches against homosexuals, but she is NOT also refusing to give marriage licenses to other types of people whose lifestyles are condemned by the bible, which makes her a hypocrite and therefore, according to her own bible, not a christian and so she should not be allowed to use the christian religion (which has NO LEGAL AUTHORITY in the United States) as a basis for her intolerance and bigotry towards homosexuals.
