Banks have been and continue to be protected by the government. According to Matt Taibbi's article The $9 Billion Witness, the government has also been and remain complicit with the banks' iniquity that created the recent global financial metldown. As the saying goes, "Justice is blind." The government should stop its servitude to its masters the banks and start actually dispensing justice.
