Mr. President, will all due respect to you and all human beings on this planet, this is an issue that needs to be taken care of immediately in light of North Korea's recent terroristic threats. Although avoiding war is optimal, so is avoiding nuclear missiles being sent to major U.S. cities in the next few years.
