We petition the Obama Administration to respond to the slaughter of innocents in Syria and Iraq by ISIS, or the Islamic State, with overwhelming military force. The recent execution of an innocent American journalist by ISIS was committed with the intent of weakening our resolve to intervene, let us show these cowards what is bought with the blood of the innocent. This barbarity has no place in the 21st century, and negotiation is not an option with mindless fanatics.
