Respond to the "Pardon Edward Snowden" petition, which has more than 117,000 signatures in 2 weeks

The "Pardon Edward Snowden" petition now has well over 100,000 signatures (which is the threshold for generating an official response) in about 2 weeks. However, there is still no official response to this petition. It is sad that a new petition has to be created to ask for a response to that petition, but looks like that is needed. We petition the Administration to live up to its promise and respond to this petition with more than 117,000 signatures.
