This website states that all petitions will be responded to i.e., "Step 3: If a petition meets the signature threshold, it will be reviewed by the Administration and we will issue a response". There are several petitions that I have signed and that have met the above stated threshold or criteria. To date neither the President or the "White House" has responded. Keep your word, for once, and do as you say you will do, RESPOND. Furthermore, all responses should be conducted in a public forum that reaches ALL Americans, such as a news conference, briefing, or scheduled national appearance. In fact, instead of our President making appearances on shows like Leno or the View, to discuss nonsense, he could use these forums to answer the many serious petitions that WE THE PEOPLE have created.
