Ask the UN to respond to Syria with an internationally coordinated show of Air Force might, with one or few from each participant delivering a crippling attack to the perpetrators of the chemical attacks.
Ask each UN member to send %50+ of their Air Force to fly synchronously over Syria in a display of the international communities general disapproval of chemical weapons use. Show them the meaning and power of collaboration and friendship. Show them what the world is capable of when we all work together, rather than stand apart and fight.
